“Ethan Clark is a punk rock treasure. His absorbing tales are wild and funny, told with deep honesty and sensitivity.”
Davy Rothbart, This American Life

Ethan Clark is the Author of Leaning With Intent to Fall, a bunch of non-fiction stories that the publisher, Garrett County Press, describes as “a memoir” despite protests on the part of the author to please not call it that. Click Here for more info.

He is also the co-author of The Chainbreaker Bike Book, a Bicycle Repair Manual/Zine Compilation published by Microcosm Publishing, who, upon the release of the book’s second edition, have just learned to spell the author’s name correctly.

Just after Hurricane Katrina, Ethan worked with a handful of New Orleans Zine writers to put together the book Stories Care Forgot: An Anthology of New Orleans Zines. It was probably the first post-Katrina book to be printed, coming out less than six months after the storm, thanks to the hard work of publisher Last Gasp San Francisco.
